Jacobs is a CPA who has worked as a tax columnist and newsletter editor, and has written or co-authored more than a dozen books about taxes. He is also a practicing tax consultant with a focus on international tax law. Jacobs claims there are hundreds of web sites with extensive tax information, but none of them offer a comprehensive guide to legal methods of tax reduction.
